    Gawith Hoggarth's Spirit of Scotland (American Whisky) is a blend of sweet Virginias, Burley and a good helping of double fermented Black Cavendish that have been moderately topped with whisky. There are light vanilla and caramel notes present which in combination with the whisky creates a mellow bourbon like flavour.
